Often found in his signature boiler suit and wellies checking on drainage or studying maps, Craig is a 4th Generation farmer from Pymoor, who can trace his ancestry back 16 generations in the Fens. He studied agriculture at the College of West Anglia where he met Sarah and James. Craig co founded Oxwillow to work towards farming and nature based solutions that leave the world in a better place than before. He has designed and project managed the creation of a BNG Habitat Bank, Paludiculture and Sustainable Farming Trials and continues to oversee the ongoing management of both. Craig's other passions include restoring character properties using traditional materials, organising community events and being outdoors with his family.

James is a 4th Generation farmer from Manea, who studied Agriculture at the College of West Anglia. James worked within his family's farming business for 21 years, becoming somewhat of an expert in onions, joining the Greenshoots board in 2011. James manages the Oxwillow Farming Company's onion enterprise, and is working closely with the research team to improve the sustainability of our crop. Off the farm, James is a keen gardener and qualified garden designer and a big rugby fan.

Tom grew up in the Fens near Spalding within a foodie family which ignited his passion for the food sector. He studied Geography at Queen Mary University London where he developed skills in GIS and environmental research. In a previous role Tom worked with WWF UK on a review into sustainable agriculture practices on lowland peatlands. Tom joined the Oxwillow team as Supply Chain Sustainability Lead and brings extensive expertise in greenhouse gas (GHG) accountancy, carbon standards, and sustainability systems and is an ISO Certified Lead Verifier and Validator. Out of the office, Tom is a keen chef and rugby player and supports Northampton Saints.

Megan grew up in a tenant farming family at Newborough, near Peterborough, and went on to study BSc Geography at the University of Leicester. After graduating, she helped to set up Fenland SOIL where she worked with farmers in the Fens and further afield to improve sustainable farming on lowland peatlands, working with farmers, policymakers, researchers NGOs and other stakeholders. Megan joined Oxwillow as Research and Strategy Lead and is working to advance the organisation's research and outreach activities. In 2025 Megan won Sustainability Champion of the Year at the Women in Agriculture Awards and is working towards her BASIS qualifications. She is currently training for her first marathon in aid of Cancer Research UK and YANA and is a keen Leicester Tigers supporter.
